The client is responsible for any significant damage caused during their stay.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
